How do places work? are there a pre-made list of places that characters would have to be manually moved to to travel to?
We’ll finish a map before signups. Players will move from place to place, yeah, and may establish their own headquarters or hideouts if they want.
If players have political power, they might be able to just move gangs around remotely or something.
