I think each instance of the poison happens on the spider’s turn (but a 12 wouldn’t have hit its AC anyway)

((does me succeeding in the fortitude save means i just stop taking ticking poison from that instance of poison, and i keep the earlier -2 STR, or does it fully cure the -2 STR?))
The spider continues to advance towards Bugibugi, but this time Bugibugi is able to deflect its bite onto the hard metal plates covering his body, and he escapes unharmed. Not only that, but his body manages to fight off the poison before it can do more damage.
