Wanderer will look to the older man, tell him that he’s going to prevent Kamila from bleeding out, then he’ll try to use Heal skill to provide first aid to stabilize.

well it’s DC 15 so you don’t stabilize her, but he also does not attack you for the attempt
Unfortunately, the middle of a battlefield is kind of a terrible place to be doing healing — the man doesn’t attack you, at least, but you can’t quite staunch the bleeding.
