The spider manages to jam its fangs into the same gap it used for its last strike, and this time your body doesnât manage to fight off the poison.
(Take 5 damage and 2 strength damage (I will put this into the sheet for you), and then youâre up)
(( Oh. The 2 was strength damage. For a bit there I thought it was HP damage. Sighs in relief ))
@discobot roll 1d20
+2
Zelsh winced in pain from the.poison and knew he had yo end this quickly now as he struck out at the spider again.

hit! roll damage!

(itâs +6 if you were power attacking (which I think you were, from the +2?), even with the strength damage, or +4 if you werenât â the 2 strength damage effectively comes out to a -1 to damage at your strength)
(let me know which you intended though, the distinction is Relevant â˘)
((He wasnât power attacking. It would be +1 to hit if he had been. ))
She nods. âI think so. âŚDo you want me to check my account books?â
âYesâŚâ
âSorry. Itâs important.â
(Also, okay.)
(it would be +2 â +4 from strength (the 2 strength damage just puts him from +5 to +4), +1 from BAB, -1 from power attack, -2 from entangled)
(but you hit either way)
(Thatâs what I put. +2 to his attack roll.)
Your swing breaks through the spiderâs carapace again, leaving it badly wounded. Even so, itâs barely managing to stay up on its eight legs, and it attempts to scuttle away from you.
(move action, provoking an attack of opportunity from Zelsh)
mechanics
The spider is at exactly 0 HP. It can still take a move or a standard action, but if it takes a standard action, it would take 1 damage and fall unconscious (and it canât do both in the same turn).
