Killing a Lich also has a downside, although knowing their full identity is kinda worth the trade-off if you have nothing better so fair.

Lich is like Lleech. You kill random good players whose lives sustain the Lich.
Amusing, but no not while there is 2 holders alive that keep the Lich from dying, so execution does nothing at this stage
