I havenāt never heard anybody say āme and xā but itās usually something like āme and the boysā or āme and the girlsā where you are intentionally making it extra informal
āme and [specific other person]ā is not common
OK maybe we r just in completely different worlds bc i hear people say "me and x did yā all the time, and nobody corrects them, because who gives a shit
