I think Daeron’s one post saying Gummy voting strategy isn’t alignment indicative for her has genuinely been one of the most helpful posts of the game, assuming it’s not wolf-motivated. I don’t see much of a reason to say that if he is a wolf — though wolves can do things without reason, which is my main holdup for simply calling him town.

I think Gummy not realizing at first that there was context implies that Daeron is town if Gummy is mafia. This is because Gummy would be inclined to easily see town motivation behind it with her TMI. Similar behavior has continued with Gummy being comfortable with Daeron being a villager.

I can’t think of strong reasons it wouldn’t happen from two wolves because defending your partner is very normal. There’s a chance Daeron wouldn’t see it as necessary to defend Gummy, but I believe that’s minor. The main reason I think it’s not from two wolves is because I find it easier to see it happening if one has TMI on the other being town.

I thus think they’re probably either both town, or there’s one wolf between them at maximum.
