sighs. must i begin the explanation of how i run my d1 gameplay again. feel free to iso my past games and you’ll see that i’m actively trying to be productive more than usual. and i don’t give committal anything on day 1, or at least not so early into the game start/day 1.

Gummy does feel awkward to me and some of the thoughts they’ve given feel lacking in the solidity that would convince me they’re real.

But! I do like the way they seem pretty unconcerned with being pushed from several angles and I might just believe them that the awkwardness is something they’re used to hearing. I don’t have them as town but they wouldn’t be my first choice to push.

I don’t disagree with you on policy, getting rid of the lower posters early is generally sound, but can you be specific about who you mean? I think most of the people posting have contributed to a pretty acceptable level so far.
