This is just like the prisoner paradox where the prisoner was sentenced to be executed on a day where it would be a suprise, but it would happen that week and the prisoner deduced that he cannot be executed at all because Sunday wouldnā€™t be a suprise because he had to be executed that week, therefore he canā€™t be executed Sunday and he kept going till Monday. Anyway if a mafia is executed and a player is modkikled that means we can deduce that modkills are logically impossible after a mafia dies, thus itā€™s free to break the rules because we canā€™t be modkilled
