Tier 1 - Anybody who targets me with Coerce
Tier 2 - Anyone who does >5 damage to me
Tier 3 - Anybody who gives me a power that negatively affects shields, or Poison Ivy (*I specifically give amnesty for any power that negatively affects basic attack)
Tier 4 - Anybody who does <5 Damage to me
I /queue up a big punch attack on whoever is in the highest tier, using as much energy as I have leftover after defending to maximize health.
*If there is a tie in the highest up tier, the tiebreaker will be whichever player is in the next highest tier. If that’s a tie as well, or no player is in any other tier, It will be randed between tied players

- target marluna with coerce and it incidentally gets swapped to me
i wont count that as revenge worthy. only if it targets me and stays on me
