most of my townreads wolfreach each other
wolfread*
i’ll hypocop meow
who even are the wolfy people
it’s implausible to me that conversation has been absolutely dominated by townies d1 and all the lowerposters are mafia, also that maybe there are too many conflicting “extreme” reads on players, like there aren’t many consensus town – ybw is the only one I really feel is there (rip n1) – all the other players with a strong townread on them also have some countering player with a ~wolfread on them
maybe I’m biased comparing this to frieren where we did have a d1 that was pretty town-dominated, and there felt like there were more consensus towns?
Idk, i still don’t really believe Snow’s Dia progression of “dia said this anti-town sentiment, weird!”, to then agreeing when i pointed out that Dia’s experienced enough to be fully aware of people disagreeing with the logic of holding back reads, to then pressuring on it again 2 more times with the reasoning that “eh everyone can slip up”
like yes, wolves can slip up, but that’s not really relevant to this specific context? Either dia knows how against-the-grain the thought is as either alignment, or he doesn’t
Just feels off to me
To be honest, at the start I was comparing this game to Frieren and I was expecting a huge amount of posts, which terrified me. But 1000 d1 seems tame
As far as this goes in comparison to the beatings, I feel a little overwhelmed. I’m catching up, but barely, and I feel like I don’t have the full picture, unlike in the beatings. New faces like barwe, youbutworse and shending also screw with my brain when it comes to developing a coherent worldview, but it’s just a matter of time before I develop I clear mental image of them, so it’s not that big of a problem
nah i live these
tbh the fact there are so many opposing slots is honestly a good sign imo? far less likely to have a deep wolf
Eliza also picked up on a similar point in her ISO. Where did you get the impression she’d made up her mind going into the snow iso? @YoubutWorse
I get that it’s a bad look to ISO the lowposter who happens to be a wagon, and then come to a wolfread and vote there. But idk, i think snow’s just wolfy so it makes sense?
the same thought did cross my mind briefly, i wasn’t sure if i should follow up on it but you put it into better words
maybe it’s not dia then
UNVOTE
yeah this game is definitely more laid-back which is probably a good thing for everyone haha
at least the new faces are new for many of us!
Agree on being relieved it’s not a million post game, i was afraid that would happen
yeah but we dont have any deep town
maybe – again, my sample size is still pretty small for games on this site
last beatings there wasn’t really ever a consensus player bc the two wolves were the most active posters, and they basically had entirely inverted readslists to each other
Nya.
Why Snow?
wife is almost down for nap can post soon
my reasons for townreading snow are not. like objectively very solid, maybe, but still:
- snow sounds a lot more like they did in beatings (town snow) vs in frieren (wolf snow), I like the aggression/willingness to just push players (in this case, dia) and respond to willow here
- way easier for snow to vote willow instead of pursuing the dia case after willow just made a wolfcase on them (unless snow/willow w/w I guess) & I think there’s some consistency of snow being tunnelled on what seemed like it could be a wolfslip from dia and just going for it. initially when I saw the vote, I do remember being super confused
caveat: maybe there’s something wolfy in that I think snow has been very fixated specifically only on that dia post. but I think snow will post more content and stuff if town in the coming days and be more readable?
it was mroe so the points she made didn’t really make sense to me honestly and didnt feel like they accurately represented the posts snow was making, not that snow isnt wolfy
me
though im bad deep town actually so thats not even good
