Even putting aside the roletext aspect, I can’t imagine town would have the option to copy, like, Shending or Willow’s roles, so t!Frost would have to be limited to town members as Hippo said.
So targeting meow would’ve always been optimal: if she’s town, you get the alignment cop; if she’s mafia, you get a redcheck.
