Toxicity Changes (April Fools!)

Is there a chance this downtick corresponds in any way with the uptick of Town wins as of late? Maybe everyone just likes winning and there hasn’t been as much of a reason to be salty over losses recently.

for obvious reasons we can’t release the exact details of how it works

Does it go through pm’s

This is out of character, May. I thought you hated winning.

if anything, it seems plausible the correlation runs the other way – when players are more toxic, wolves become more likely to win

this is of course another reason to implement the toxicity changes, as we don’t want to unbalance the game in favor of town

yes, the automated system can read PMs

yes, this means that not-in-game moderators are sometimes added to PMs for ongoing games

(we did manage to set up the system so that it doesn’t inform in-game moderators)

idk, I’m not sure what it looks like on the user end

if you have an alt you could try sending toxic messages to the alt until one of them trips the filter?
