it’s becoming more apparent to me that the thread is, to some extent, dependent on carbon’s alignment (despite focus not really being directed there) & I did kind of skip over that slot at first because I thought she was just towny.

(In response to being voted by hippo for her opening). I don’t particularly have a strong read on this post but it notes a trend of carbon being particularly focused on their habit of dying d1
(in response to chomps saying the entrance is wolfy). Fair enough it’s literally just an opener & neither of them really went into particular reasoning.
I think this response to pandora saying carbonated’s opening was wolfy is interesting? Like I don’t find it a particularly strong reaction but I also don’t see anything wolfy about it. But imo this gets into too much self-meta territory which isn’t typically fruitful grounds.
There is a trend of… indifference? towards this in carbon’s posts, which is easily explainable by “v!carbon doesn’t see an alternative” but could(?) also be w!carbon waiting for partner/knowing wagons like this don’t tend to stick? Don’t really think there’s much better to be expected from her in this situation though.
My gut read is that this is so as Ash helpfully put it “…” because carbonated as town, there’s truthful ways of framing this that don’t look so bad?
Now granted I don’t really like this read, it simplifies down any sort of actual read onto Ash’s post into “high WIM → town” which while it might be accurate also feels reductive & doesn’t say uch about carbon’s own thought process besides that she’s somewhat lazy.

Yeah, I figured i might as well try another go at explaining why I liked this reasoning. this is proceeded by chomps, up to that point having leafia/carbonated PoE saying “you’re so right” to hippo voting. It seems to show that Chomps doesn’t really care about pressing his wolfreads in this situation which to me is a wolftell & Chomps never follows up on this?
I do think EoD1-early d2 carbon is distinctly… deflated in a sense? Which is somewhat fair & is repped in their posts but like it still makes reading difficult (which is quite different from finding her wolfy). I think this sort of thought process & analysis of the thread looks pretty good
this is a pretty good post all things considered like yeah w!carbon probably wouldn’t take her wagon too seriously but also there comes a point at which she would realize presumably?

i think my main impression is that qbcord isn’t really transferrable (besides the “good morning mafia” thing

Honestly if we don’t have a good exe let’s all just vote luka who only has 8 posts and hope doctor does another save.
I do think my vibes of chomps/ash/jarek/pandora town seem solid and there’s defiantely not 2 mafia there but could be one i guess. not certain outside of that group who to go for.
Is Luka non-posting normal for them? I just remember voting them out D1 in Stellaris.
Will backread them hopefully tonight and see if they’re polarized in that way.
This analysis shows a lot of thought which I’m finding to be somewhat villagery. I like it. It’s making me feel at least a bit better about Soweli’s slot anyway.

my impression is she’s not distinctly volume polarized; also not the biggest fan of just voting her out or hoping doc gets another save, at least without significant progress on other slots.

Can you explain the Carbon read a bit more?
Pandora first.
A lot of fluff at the beginning but it was the beginning of the game so I’m not going yo read too much into it.
Except they were spread out amoung several very small posts which I feel is a bit wolfy. It almost feels like Pandora wants to appear more active than she actually is to me.
I slightly dislike the fact that she doesn’t explain how she finds this opening wolfy. It just feels like a faked read to me.
However, my gut tells me this reaction is villagery.
Again no explaination why she thknks I’m lying about my role as town when I have lirerally never done before afaicr. It feels like a copout to me. A way to sound villagery while making sure her partner knows not to try to anticlaim me based on my claim.
This also feels wolfy to me since it’s like she wants us to think that her role proves that she’s a villager when there’s no way it actually can.
This feels like an attempt to undermine the Ash is a villager read while she claims she has it too but leaving behind enough doubt that she can change it later if need be.

Claims to be wary of the anticlaim despite just claiming. This feels ultra fake. You don’t claim like Pandora did if you’re worried about anticlaim after all.
The last part is that Pandora hasn’t stated too many reads. Most of her iso is just meaningless fluff. Going to transfer Pandora to my wolfreads.
Luka
First post of substance. It isn’t much but it’s his second post of the game and I like how he gets right into solving. Feels slightly villagery to me.
A second read. I would like Luka to explain these reads too when possible.
This lowkey feels like a villager indignant towards someone for suspecting him for bad reasons to me. Slight v lean I feel.
Hmmm, not sure if I’m willing to put Luka into townleans quite yet. I’d like to hesr more from him to help me determine whether he’s a villager that has just been busy due to Thanksgiving or a wolf that has been laying low to avoid suspicion. My gut is leaning slightly towards the former though.
