It implies at least two in the neighborhood to me. Also, being in a neighborhood is not even close to a greenchdck Wazza. Wolves can belong to neighborhoods after all.
it’s not that bad if you ignore the fact that hippo basically had thread control of the entire day. or maybe someone is letting hippo have control but either way
