If you want an actual reason, I don’t think I’d have approached this game this way if I were mafia (self-meta, tomatoes, all that jazz).
Like, I have a tendency to try and find someone and blindly sheep their reads and use them as a meatshield. This was how I approached the Loop KRC: I convinced the town leader that I was town, then did nothing but spout their reads and drop massive walls to support those reads over without making any actual pushes of my own.

And I don’t feel I’ve done that this game? I’ve played a lot closer to Odyssey or Grande Idea, where I’ve actively tried to solve the game and make my own reads rather than simply puppet the words of someone more townread than me. I’ve stood by townreading Leafia and Chomps and actively refrained from creating the easy “Carbon isn’t doing anything” case that I could’ve made D1, in spite of the game mafreading those three and in spite of it being optimal for w!me to just…do that.
(There’s also the element of "I would not have been playing mafia at certain times if I were mafia, but that’s not something you could ever really confirm.)

In short, I don’t think I’ve played under “the easy route” like I fall back upon as mafia
