If they were able to send messages during the day as well, then those messages are effectively Ninja, and I doubt there is a Ninja modifier, because that would make me question why one would even design Wiretapper in the first place. (Besides treating them as pseudo-IC.)

i won’t be going along with massclaims until anticlaim is flipped or a different kind of anticlaim is either proven to exist, or it’s late enough for a claimvig to not matter
while it’s possible that it is just a roleblocker or some BS i think Amelia as a reviewer is smart enough to realize that anything short of “outright vanillization on multiple players” is not implied by “it is strongly recommended” in bold text
