one thing in apos favor is i think tutuu specifically would have done much more casing of that slot and done more theatre. discounting what willow did cuz i think irl stuff going on regardless.
but if this was a w/w play i think tutuu would probably have seen the theatre through to the end and not basically left thread.

There’s no reasonable reason to fake a red check on a partner just for them to fucking dip on you in the sussest way possible
Even with wolves barely being able to communicate, it would have been blatant that the fake wolf check would have to play their heart out in order to make it work
