i don’t have a great sense of temporality but it feels like another step in the general play of taking over the thread and trying to get voices against you to seem unreasonable that is characteristic of what one would expect your wolfplay to be like & not your townplay

Preliminary work
Theory 1: it’s just luka/chomps who were inactive & chomps was banking on the wagons changing/didn’t want to look bad by voting on willow if things stayed the same
meh underwhelming & also would require a lot of villagers being very bad. but possible.
Theory 2: One of those two plus hippo. Slightly more interesting since hippo, as noted, acted paired with tutuu, in this world hippo… views bussing tutuu as a loss condition because he’s unable to do it well? it gives him too much towncred? mmm. it’s possible he was trying to promote the lines of bussers being wolfy here & just stay UTR.
Theory 2.5: Youbie wolf
youbie just put herself in a weird thread position in this world & she was pretty clearly still trying to angle against a tutuu hang without directly getting herself in the line of fire? and/or was literally just busy. I think this generally makes sense, a youbie full crusade against the tutuu wagon has high chance of failure and high loss if it fails so she’s kind of just there.
Theory/Suspect 3: Apo
uninteresting to you, I suspect that in this world tutuu expects from day 1 that willow will be high-posting, and then claims the n0 there. next day if he claims a same on dia that causes too much risk for him to be flipped => willow flip so he hedges his bets while trying to get dia out, things explode womp womp he retreats (<- note that this does account for what tutuu was doing besides literally just ‘busy’)
Theory 4: ACE
I think this is do-able? ACE is lightly bussing tutuu from the start for towncred but notably holds back at times & then when this comes to fruition just does not see a way out
