Both Willow and tutuu are frozen, but from my understanding this is normal activity levels for Willow, so in comparison tutuu looks worse.

Tootsie has felt less frozen imo? Willow should still be doing more, her being frozen in scenarios like these is a bit of a wolf tell

Overall, sure: tutuu is less frozen than Willow. However, my evaluations / reads have to be weighted / biased. Otherwise Iād just policy execute players like Willow all the time.
Heck, if this was a mountainous, then I wouldāve done exactly that.
I am unsettled by tutuu being frozen for over a one and a half dozen hours, but likeā¦ I feel he will pull up a āRL issuesā excuse. If he didnāt have that though, and instead claims to stay silent because he paranoid or something, then thatās all the more reason to execute him.
I have high expectations of v!tutuu, and the aforementioned excuse is something I simply cannot accept.

I am reminded of uo2 where he was also coasting and that makes me less inclined to kill him in a vaccuum
