Yeah, uh… I checked my D1 reasoning, only to find out I had none. I just thought he shouldn’t and wouldn’t die D1 (which was correct), and the same gut feeling applies Today as well.
Anyway, about it being smartsy smart to sleep today for LyLo MyLo reasons.
What’s everyone’s take on that?

I was thinking that but its not the play because we have might rolebloxkers or ways to prevent a kill and then wed gain an execution if we dont sleep
Additionally there might be a town vig or mafia do have another additional shot in which case wed lose an execution if we sleep

I think sleep isnt best for the reasons hippo described but its not the worst idea tbh
I doubt there’s an extra KP, but I agree that there might be a night with no deaths due to Protective or Block PRs. Yeah, uh. We are most likely not going to sleep at MYLO if we reach that point.
Yes they are more reliable for me because i know my own alignment. Others dont know my alignment, im not an IC like dia due to the OP not confirming my role like theirs. The mafia has counterplay to my role by being able to mischop me

No because dia is just catching nattering which might not even be mafia and is somewhat hard to interpret, whereas you learn how someone’s alignment compares to your other picks—clearly more information.
Villagers shouldnt be sending messages unless for a good reason, dia’s role can automatically catch 2 wolves in 1 night. But if mafia does have a message fabricator then yeah idk. Idk whats the point of dia’s role if mafia has a fabricator ngl

I just don’t see the utility in faking a message just to say that Tutuu was suspicious, why wouldn’t you just claim that if it was real

Once again — if you sent a message to Achro and you don’t claim what it is publicly I will assume you are wolf, out your call sign, and then you can resolve that clash when you mass claim call signs at end of game

For all we know there’s still another unrevealed power pair that we would Very Much want to be messaging each other. It already happened in one night, after all.
To put it another way: I doubt town is gonna be wholly avoiding messages even tonight, or at least like… expect town to be messaging at like, 70% odds.

What utility would possibly come from voting sleep, letting me die, then still having to resolve the thunderdome

Yeah. It depends on tutuu not being axed in the night, like the Evil Team going for an alternate kill target through expecting there are coinflip odds or worse of tutuu getting protected, or tutuu outright being protected and we wake up to no night kill.
Stuff like that.
Even if u guys were to be convinced im wolf, isnt it more optimal to execute someone u think could be my partner instead of me. Let me get another peek, and then resolve tomorrow. I have a de facto alignment cop peek now due to my last parity cop target being dia. There is a world where we execute a wolf outside willow/me today and mafia kills me tonight if the last wolf is mega deep and scared of being sniped. If u kill me today u have a wolf in willow and then ur in MyLo/LyLo and u cant make any more mistakes 2 more days in a row. Executing a viable NK target is rly bad if u miss
