The fact that you’re being serious doesn’t seem that relevant an explanation for your behaviour so it feels like you’re using that fact as an excuse for any behaviour of yours that seems unusual, like you had it in your mind that it was an appropriate explanation for being wolfy
The difference is because I’m trying to be serious and unafraid of saying things that people might disagree with.

Last time I played with soweli I found her posts so good and likeable that I wolfread her because I felt like the idea that she was a player in this game was too good to be true. DESPITE the fact that the game sucked absolute ass. This game I find her lifeless and limp and ragdolly. Unfortunate.

my overall takeaway is there’s less of, like, a concrete worldview on people than in Combinatorics, but overall a similar amount of thoughts (a bit more in Combinatorics but not by a ton)
I think that’s ~fine considering Spooky has put less into this game so far and was a mason in Combinatorics (which helps their reads)

I explained the reason for why I’m different to Ishmael. It wasn’t a pre-made explanation for being wolfy. I just thought of it.

Deciding what other people should read you off of sounds very silly to me, unless they were wrong multiple times.
What I’m saying is that I don’t think you being different, in the instance that Ishmael called you out, was really because I told you to be different. It felt like that wasn’t the reason, so it felt like an excuse.
