Well (in theory) the bug where it overwrites votes is fixed
I coooould (this might already be how it works) disable /votecount past the action deadline

When you’re saying people spamming at eod - do you mean “intentionally spamming to disrupt eod” (we can ust tell people not to do this) or “everyone requests a vc and now there are 15 being posted”

this sounds like a bad solution because it means votecounts, if the host is unavailable, will come very infrequently
