I think BlackCat could easily flip scum. Or they’re a real oddball of a town.
Every post has been giving me question marks.
I think BlackCat believing that their vote is what kickstarted Retrograde’s vote wagon rather than Retrograde’s first impression on May, comes off as uninformed.
So I am unsure of this pairing.

This perception that people have that Town Hippo is a low effort low posting shitposter is just egregiously wrong imo? I mean, I don’t wanna hold him up to some really high standard, it’s not impossible that he’s town here and taking it easy. But it’s just really really incorrect the way he’s perceived here imo.
It’s possible that he’s town here but it would be unusual, is, imo, the correct stance to have on Hippo here
Rather than “Oh look, good old Hippo messing around. Good chap, town”

That’s not why I voted Retrograde. Looking back at May’s ISO, it wasn’t his reason either. I don’t think your read that BlackCat thought their vote caused the wagon correctly means they’re uninformed. We’ll see, though.

I was already reading Ice Cream. Hippo’s demeanor was similar but his activity was wildly different. He paced himself quickly then vanished for half the day, this game he just hasn’t been here. Why do you believe Hippo’s a brilliant player? I don’t have that same feeling.
Hippo is one of the best town players here, I think this is common knowledge. Well maybe some people might subjectively disagree but I feel like from the people who regularly play mafia, they mostly all consider Hippo to be a safe person to sheep and he’s usually accurate. Moreover he really wants to win as town, I’m yet to see him slack off as town. He pushes things as town, he’s like, a competent town player. He does get upset when losing as town too much, he does have a desire to win and a competitive drive despite facetious demeanor

Actually, remembering Hippo’s more recent towngame, I can see where you’re coming from. In https://www.fortressoflies.com/t/botf-xxxv-her-royal-highness-register-good-wins/11947 he was executed as town with a redcheck which didn’t seem that impressive to me, but afterward he coerced town into correctly suspecting the evil team.

There is no actual sensible reason to think I’m polarized, I had a fantastic wolf game in youbie’s vig 10er, I just had one poor mash performance in fam4 where i prioritized graduating uni over the mafia game. that’s literally it. and that one turbo game where i kinda trolled
It feels wrong not giving Leafia that title.
