So you think I’m wolf because I’m playing in a way that makes it difficult to explain away me not being nightkilled? I feel like I can put together a nightkill route that dodges me without being too suspicious if I have my partners keep me in the nulltown zone and bring up occasional doubts. And that lets me push much more effective agenda than sandbagging myself.
If I’m wolf I’m probably relying on Arctic to be the centrepiece of the game, either keeping him alive as a counterpart to draw similar suspicion or using him to explain why I’m not dead

Ohhh ok ! Yes, I played majorly long format games (12h day 12h night) night chat was mostly open for town and mafia in this case. I am used to snipe bites in games, hail the spice, and vary early played short format mafia, which was mostly ToS or Wolftown

In general mafia and town are expected to each win 50% of the time. And people try to play reasonably using things like “logic” and “reason”. This type of playstyle is the most common one and people can have >rand reads and yet it still doesnt bring an overwhelming amount of accuracy. It doesnt completely demolish the wolves

Basically, the less you care about the outcome, the better you will do. This phenomenon is documented in sports
The best I ever played was when I was ban evading alt account on MU years ago. I had no reputation to protect, and I could get caught any moment. So I just played for fun, and utilizing the state of FLOW, I was one of the best players, I got people contemplating if I’m cheating due to how accurate my reads were

And i dont think youre in a mood or a state where you feel like dunking on people or have something to prove. Not how i perceive you right now, and usually thats the cause for ppl to wanna powerwolf. I think youre chilling right now
I do think you have reasons to tryhard as town - you did very well in that game where you were the N1 kill and most importantly you received a lot of praise for it. Being praised for something is a motivator to do it again
