I kind of think BlackCat/eaves is possible?
my decision is set in stone because I wanted you dead yesterday and a wolf trying to convince me seems plausible, so it’s better to be sure about my vote and not be swayed
Yeah I was the one who said the appeasement thing and after reading the Splatfest game I rescinded it. Gar was super jumpy in the hydra game but I think there could’ve been outside nervousness from the circumstances, because Splatfest Gar jumps to everything. I’ve basicaly come to the same conclusion as you: for a bit I was voting Gar for L0 tone similarities to Splatfest but I’m seeing more complicated conclusions and thoughts this game that make me think kinda no? Gar is still a good wolf though snd I’m not clearing for it
Not how it works. You need to learn to weigh new evidence properly instead of discarding it entirely. Changing your mind and being wrong means that the particular piece of evidence that induced you to change your mind was not worth changing your mind over, not that “changing your mind” in general is bad. You need to have enough faith in your own intelligence to not shut down your brain and refuse to consider valuable new evidence. Talk to the cat after game. Actually he’s already tlaked to you and you didn’t listen so IDK get good I guess
Weren’t you tunnelling my slot in some game or another and I told you to change your mind and you did and I was town. Remember that
You’re just setting your opinion in stone because it feels worse to you to change your mind and be wrong, you’d rather stay set in stone and be wrong. It’s too scary to you to have a full range of options and decisions to make so you black them out.
Mafia is a big Monty Hall problem. New deaths are new evidence. You need to be able to change your mind when you’re faced with new evidence, otherwise you will lose.
But you don’t feel bad when you lose to tunnelling incorrectly so you never get any negative feedback and you never change
potatocat/eaves/BlackCat feels awkward with this vote, given it broke a pretty big tie and was fulyl unnecessary. I’d be pro-that world otherwise… hmm
BlackCat is hard for me to read, just a lot of culture clash, their reads are made using principles I’m not used to at all. I really need to be more careful about reading them. I suppose I could look at how others treat them…
This doesn’t feel partnery, really? If you’re wolves together you don’t need to bring up remembering her being more feisty to hedge your read. Feels W BlackCat/T eaves if anything
Current Votecount
May (3): Chomps, eaves, potatocat
eaves (2): BlackCat, May
potatocat (1): Garfooled
BlackCat (1): eaves
Not Voting (3): Arctic, bystander, RetrogradeDusk
I actually typed a post about bystander and forgot to finish it or send it
The post:
eaves/BlackCat/potatocat kinda falls apart no matter what. Looking for other wolfreads:
I’m townreading bystander for her lack of action. This is not a solid reason to townread somebody at this stage.
PROPOSAL, I want everybody to rank whether they think this is
0 IMPOSSIBLE
1 IMPLAUSIBLE
2 =RAND
3 LIKELY
The “naked ally investment” thing was W/W
Just the order I intuitively remembered them in
The stuff I’m townreading bystander for is sucks, but I worry there’s not much to go on beyond that in terms of wolfreading her, she’s just kinda a blank space
Honestly, I think that may is kept alive for reason. I see people sussing her already D3 and it’s amplified but I do not see the reason why. So I think here are wolfs at work. She is my opinion (even if I can not recall specific sentences) the most town im this game I can think understand and follow. May > Bys. May is pursuing the people with logical questions (same like lemonfairy) to dont want to say simple, but direct, which are awesome reads. Some of the novels are edging on my sanity. Anyway, may is little bit sussy, but I think she is aware that wolfs will use that against her. She gave a lot of little sentences which are “suspicois “ but for reason. Kind o f the same like Garfooled fishing for blaming. I like these strategies, they are the most familiar for me and i trust im the reactions of people biting the catch. Therefore I really really think you are voting the wrong person.
Mmm actually bystander seems kinda legit
I’m get you that you want to find a good read on me, but this post is from ages ago when I was still trying to grab on to the flow of the game, in fact your ambition from day one overwhelmed me, but from d2 it habe me courage. You quote just one part of this, which I do not understand.
Still relevant for whether or not you’re a wolf with eaves, though
