just based on how you kicked it into gear at eod somewhat if i’m remembering correctly
what i meant was them sounding stilted isn’t necessarily wolf indicative
in terms of abrasiveness i have no reason to believe normal metrics shouldn’t apply
i am kinda concerned by the drop off somewhat after you stopped pressuring them - in a way it makes it feel like the whole engagement with you was transactional and after you backed off they did too
@RetrogradeDusk have you played long form with bystander before? i feel like you have and you had her at the bottom of your reads which was pretty anti-consensus but i don’t think you said much about her so i’m interested in what you have to say there

but i am with you on everything else and most of her posts still kinda ping me, mostly because i don’t know what she is trying to get out of the things she asks

i suppose one thing in your favor is that you seem overly cautious about townreading people i think wolves would just lazily townread but your concern seems genuine based on how people are treating your slot, which tends to come from villagers more often than not
the impression i got is that nobody actually has a reason to townread him outside of doing his normal gig of tunneling someone for reasons unrelated to posts in the game (being a hydra, being an unoutted alt, etc) which he has claimed he does not opt to do as wolf, but that doesn’t mean it is something he can’t do as wolf because of how mindless it is to actually perform
so i’ll probably see if i can pick anything out that leans some way independent of this stuff, but as it stands right now i am also willing to kill him

that was the impression i got too, like why are the people pushing for the whatdafucc wagon all villagers when the alternative (pandora) could easily be a wolf, and she claims to have no read on pandora
unless it’s a case of like, both of them would probably die in some order anyway, but she didn’t explicit state that either so idk what to make of this
the reasons to have them town are that may they townslipped yesterday by thinking there were 4 wolves and general noobtown confusion/lost aura except from the way people who know them are speaking about them they do not appear to be that new of a player so i am unsure how much the latter matters
They’re from a small community of players, but they’re all skilled in their own right at reading their own people
I don’t know if they could fake a town slip like that however

They could be capable, I’m just not as experienced in that community due to the fact that I prefer FoL format
12/12 hour games where they are allowed to talk 24/7, and just playing on discord in general, overwhelming to me
