The fact that they didn’t play anything for the CP this turn despite us not having momentum kinda implies that they don’t have a card they expect us to trigger?
I’m trying to think what the implications of this are.
Tentatively use Stump Speech for the effect, pending May approval.
Thinking it out, there may be an argument for, “Use Stump Speech for the CP and end with Henry Cabot for CP because they won’t use a momentum for 1 extra CP.”

I’m actually not super feeling Stump Speech RN? I don’t know how valuable the momentum is, they didn’t play a card that us having no momentum would help w/

We probably wanna go Stump Speech for the CP and use it on, like, Pennsylvania or NJ?
Or we try and lock down the top two issues for the momentum and endorsement next round.

Might be worth putting more on Pennsylvania to try and hold it down going into election day.
