The rules recommend trying to get Regions, because there are cards that help whoever owns a Region. So we can Regionmaxx

Nixon is in west, so we could build up our Region here

The Greater Houston event lets us add 5 support literally anywhere, I believe? So we can use that well. We can play PR Bishops for CP sometime after the Greater Houston event. Issue support in Defense seems valuable
