When it’s THE SINGULAR MOVE directly tied to THE ENTIRE GENERATION’S MECHANIC, BELIEVE IT OR NOT, I THINK MOST POKEMON SHOULD BE ABLE TO USE IT.
I’d be fine if it got nerfed to 60 BP.
But when it’s a move that only does damage and is tied to a mechanic that only one Pokemon can use per game, it better at least have a higher base power than fucking Trailblaze.

complex ban. jirachi is only allowed to use iron head against jirachi, clefable, hippowdon, and gyarados
gyarados is the switch in of doom and despair like jirachi is somehow flinch me not clefable in terms of utility but gyarados straight up turns into a nuclear bomb and then if it flinches you its ah gottem ggs
