and S3 has a lot of potential to set up Kim Jun-hee and Kang No-eul as super interesting characters in their own rights

like not liking it as much as S1 is totally fine if the direction the show is going isnāt appealing to you as much
but letās not pretend that no effort was made to make something new and interesting because if it was just a retread of season 1 it would have sucked

also I think your view of the Recruiter as a character is fundamentally flawed
they didnāt suddenly rewrite his character, they just dropped his mask
