Start a game with only 9 Town Vanilla. Except at Night 0, any Town can convert themselves to Mafia. Executions and faction kills are mandatory. If no conclusive decision was made on who to kill, then a random Town dies instead.
Town win condition is “to have 3 dead Mafia in the graveyard”.
Mafia win condition is “to have 3 dead Town in the graveyard”.
At F5, the living players get the option to flip the alignment of any dead player once. Flips stack. (I.e., 2 flips = no changes.)

what if everyone chooses to turn mafia, or no one chooses that option N0? Aren’t their faction insta-lose in those scenarios? (and no one wins)

It’s such an iconic music video. She actually just did a lie detector test with Vanity Fair and she confirmed that she’s open to continue Telephone, but nothing is in the works right now.
