You just give other people this incredible power over your actions for literally no reason

 (well akshualllyy), its not literally no reason, the reason is fear/anxiety. its another point to make that that fear is usubstantiated, only in your head, but teeeechnicallly its not for no reason

It’s this innate fear of worrying over what other people think of you and then exacerbated by this uncertainty whenever they judge you or not when it shouldn’t matter

That’s not a reason

like i mentioned the fear i have is not of silent judgement but loud judgement, bc thats what it used to be.

I dont really like if people know much about me before they pass the Vibe Check. After that they can learn more about me. Then they gotta pass the Friend Check to aee if we’d actually make good friends

hows not? people dont wanna be afraid. thats one way to remove the fear

If you define “pure irrational emotionality” as a reason then it’s basically impossible to define anything as “no reason”. Therefore if “for no reason” has any possible meaning as a phrase it’s this

idk the broad definition of “no reason”, mine is doing something completely arbitrarily. RNG. spontaneously

BUT LEARN WHAT :sob: :sob: WHAT DID I DO BAD :sob:

External judgment is a state wherein vocal strife could arise as a behaviour, but in a just environment strangers should desire initial conflict with a non-confrontational person going about their days just as little as the latter. Typically if you’re afraid to be mocked by an external eye, anyone who might wrongfully challenge you should also feel that same fear — unless public opinion has emboldened their actions, in which case it’s explicitly against you and then it’s reasonable to feel afraid, but otherwise a majority of people could be expected to hold their tongue if they care at all.
