people who are capable of sitting upright (normally) in a chair for more than 20 minutes are built different i cant. this is torture

i at least need to put my leg on chair or cross my legs or something . i cant do the default pose this is imposible to do

Probably literally they have better muscles for it than you do because you haven’t done it much

It was very painful for me to sit upright in a chair for more than 20 minutes for a while in my life. Had to do exercises

yeah thats very likely it, i feel the strain in my muscles and i get tempted to switch poses to relieve it. i need to just suck it up and train these muscles

ive trained my arms and chest a lot, not a lot of back exercises. this feels like a back exercise

Core and shoulders, probably

A big thing for me is like, when I sat I was sitting with my back and neck and not with my core and shoulders. You can feel the, like, difference when you tense your core vs. not, like when you do a sit-up. And when your shoulders are in the right position – you should be sitting up straight with them slightly back and relaxed, that kind of good posture stuff.

Important to make sure you train the right muscles instead of the wrong ones

fuck im tired. its definitely core. idk about shoulders. i dont feel anything on my shoulders. intense core exercise though

but also in general i should get up every 60-90 minutes or so, for a few minutes. shouldnt sit for multiple hours

also i dont take any pills basically ever but vitamins are cool so i do those most days
