Before I went into the finale, I received glances of discourseposting about Jax’s race. Thus, Ivy and I spent the entire time periodically going “is Jax white? When will they reveal if Jax is white? Yeah this is fine but is Jax white?”
Which became funnier the further we got into the episode

Hypothetical discourse…
I think that the way the pacing of the story went was ultimately kind of theory-bait-brained in a way that felt unsatisfying to me — the plot was driven forward by Kinger Just Suddenly Reveals Information and I think the show would’ve been better for revealing it earlier instead of trying to have a twist. Same goes for Jax’s backstory, and honestly everything. The structure of the show didn’t best serve its storytelling IMO
