Okay

So thereā€™s this crew member (f) 26 who have been uh, hanging out with this 17 year old crew member (who is basically still a child) and now sheā€™s pregnant. She was called in today and when she got into the building she broke the news to the guy. Who was uh, very vocal about this causing customers to overhear, one of which who called the police. I wasnā€™t there so this is all the info I know

they both work at Bojangles, she said she needs to get a second job. But as a manager I know how scheduling works for Bojangles and she is not really a good worker to begin with and thus her hours are, not great for the foreseeable future, plus management absolutely wants to prevent them from working together, further cutting hours. She isnā€™t going to make a lot of money at Bojangles and I sort of struggle to understand how sheā€™s going to get a better job with zero education besides hs, etc
