I watched Munecat’s essay on it. I really don’t understand how people can logically be tricked into this.
Laws are made out of society’s customs and yes I know the elite gets a say in it, but you can’t like waivers your obligations by saying you’re still under Magna Carta’s authority when that’s literally in the UK and has been abolished and replaced a long time ago.

I am able to laugh from those Carpathian heights over silly americans that still didn’t research socialized (c*mmie) healthcare, affordable superior education, proper work-life balance while they fight over meaningless policy differences, which in turn make me think, that perhaps Romania, on second thought, isn’t as messed up in comparison.

On a more serious note, it makes me sad too, there’s always people with bad interests that swarms the high tops and throws red herrings and play the electorate like a fiddle. I just wish people would awake back into solidarity and fight for what matters. But for how grim politics get, I’m really sure that it won’t sustain the test of time, historically it gets progressively better, especially when people get more and more enlightened and especially nowadays there’s more science available than back in the day where you could easily take advantage of people lower in class.
