List of POVs and Episodes

POV5 E9 had to many ads while I was watching live, so I’ll have to rewatch most of it. In the meantime, I’ll continue with other POVs.

Regarding Ulysses: According to second-hand info, he was the one who leaked the info about the bodies at the guild’s attic.
EDIT: Rewatched POV5 E9. This matter has been handled properly. No issues.

Dahlia and uh… one other member visited the guard barracks to help the guards clean the place –AYO she actually drew herself and Declan kissing in her artbook!? :eyes:

Nathaniel wanted Lucien (and Solomon) to be punished more because his actions led to the death of the people. There were supposed to be two northern expeditions; one for survey/recon and one for herb gathering with the coven. However, it became “very late” so the two northern expeditions will be postponed to E10.

Daisy, Eliza, and Stiorra were invited to the coven for dinner. (Eliza returned from the southern expedition wounded. She nearly lost her leg.) The coven girls measured the three for the dresses for Nocturna; an originally coven-exclusive tradition which then became a local tradition.

The girls were performing a ritual of sorts at the glade (seemingly harmless) when suddenly two explosions could be heard from just outside the coven. Approximately three barrels of gunpowder were missing, presumably lit during the explosion.

Lotsa girl talk. Something about preferences and romance. Please do not make future me remember this.

Besides forbidding Solomon from making any further expeditions south without proper planning, Adjudicator Albert relieved Captain Dane of his duty for the evening, leaving Lieutenant Daisy to investigate the cause of the explosion.

I think it put too much stock on me not putting Sometimes for half of the answers

So based on solely FoL games from start of 2021 to present, this is what the numbers look like:

Miscs have been eliminated for the purposes of focusing on FM games specifically.

we should no hang d1 more often

wolves should simply try to hang neutrals d1 more often

This data shows something I agree with (eliminating a wolf first is more likely to be a town win), but I’m not sure divorcing it entirely from time makes sense. Like overall win rates in a given stretch of time can influence it. Like if the village was dogshit and basically lost every game regardless from 2021-2023, including the data from that period without that context could make it look closer than it actually is. I don’t have a point to make here. Just kinda yapping.

No, it’s a fair criticism. I guess I could circumvent it by also drawing upon MU data and limit the time span to the last year, but I wanted to do an FoL specific analysis for this one.
Might be worthwhile looking at if we argue that, say, “mafia winning after a teammate is executed D1 is because town reads too hard into D1 as a result” or something else where greater skill implies town falls more into that trap.

Er, greater skill/greater exposure to mafia.
You get my point.

Yeah I think the most interesting question here is why do people think that eliminating a wolf d1 is bad for the village? Many of these questions are just kind of unanswerable though because we’ll never have enough of a sample size to control for enough factors.

my very uneducated guess it that people try to put square peg in a round hole with trying to pair someone with minimal content which takes up time and is less than reliable

because someone else said it forever ago and i just remembered that

fun fact
if you copy paste vc on your laptop, it’ll bold the people being voted on

Sleep next to a window that beams sunlight in your face during sunrise.

The actual answer is probably to just force yourself into bed by 11pm/midnight and not let yourself touch your phone after that point and repeat for a week until you have that as a habit.

That probably involves getting HW done significantly earlier and involves setting boundaries with the people around you so they don’t call you at, like, 1 in the morning to chat, so I’m not gonna pretend that it’s easy, but the strategy is simply to condition yourself to sleep early.
Keeping the window open, even if it doesn’t fire directly in your face, helps a bit in that way: your body naturally wants to follow the cycles of the world around you (sleep during the night and wake up during the day).
