techically 3 and a basement, but you had to go through 4 flights of stairs to get upstairs. Although technically there was an elevator from the “basement” (1st floor basically) to the 3rd floor (which is up 4 flights of stairs). But it was tucked away.

Ive never thought of office chairs as heavy but maybe there are heavier ones. Yeah there are those with a thin backrest thats see-through and some are huge like armchairs

it’s difficult to lift like a box that weighs 10 to 15 pounds down a couple of streets and up 4 flights of stairs
like it would be easier to just lift the chair since less dense or something
