I got real unreliable when it came to truth that I heard it from actually reading an article instead of hearing it in a video or dreaming about it.

One of their tips was to use AI to get practice for job interviews. So probably yes.
I tried this one once. It’s a horrible idea. AIs are mostly good at general knowledge, (if they don’t try to mislead you), but that’s not relate into good roleplaying capacities. You are better of copy a general CV from the internet. (for the record, that’s still a horrible idea, but more reward with less effort, than trying to niche out the prompt for getting job interview experience.) And afterwards I learned onéy things, I already knew about myself. (Beside being easily frustrated on stupid AI.)
