I don’t know exactly what those medications are but if you don’t usually skip them and they have any kind of blood pressure effect that seems a likely cause

Pretty quick. Probably like slightly slower than conventional dice, but not so much it’d really slow things down. What’d slow you down more is that the ones with a lot of faces can be harder to read because of how they’re arranged.
