Ketchup Entertainment is an American company, so I imagine they have at most North American distribution rights.
Last I read, the film was still being shopped around for international distribution rights.

GOOD. Or at the very least, not evil. This picture took me back when I saw it because it seemed so evil, but when you think about it in the context of this story - this picture is perfect, a princess finally free from her chains will seem evil to the people who are used to controlling her - the maid.

Summary
I kinda wonder if I viewed the power dynamic the other way (the princess controls the maid) and that influenced the perception.
