I manage the mobile phone account for myself, and most of my family. My mom, who lives in another state, needed a new phone and when to the company’s physical location. This happened last weekend and what should have been a quick phone call where I approved of the upgrade for the account turned into a fucking disaster I’m not going to get into the details of. Anyway, I checked today to finally deal with the bullshit, and sure enough my mother had been signed up for $100/month worth of shit she had no idea about.
