It’s a multiplier. Accuracy * 1 - resistance e.g. 20% resistance is like multiplying the accuracy by 1 - 0.2 = 0.8. 100% resistance means all shots automatically miss regardless of everything else.

I liked chapter zero, while I was in middle school.
(Sadly it was flash-based and didn’t survive the flash-purge, at least I haven’t find the alternative afterwards.)
I didn’t like Labyrinth though… That was too much for me.

Yeah, I just checked the steam page, from what I see from the images it is a collection of chapter 1 (the original, it had like 2 hours of playthrough, and very basic concepts) chapter 0, and labyrinth. (I already said my opinion about those two.)
I won’t pay 10 dollars for games I already played (for free, like 12-15 years ago), specially when I didn’t like the biggest contrubation of it.
I might check the other two gemcraft games on the steam, though. (Since they get a sale, probably thanks to the release of the collection.)
