And so Sayaka thinks she would be Homura, she thinks she’s gonna be the silent hero who works thanklessly day and night to save the person she loves, but it takes a toll on her really fast and even though she sometimes succeeds (at least in violin boy’s case), she still breaks down
Homura, meanwhile, started off thinking of herself as somebody who wasn’t strong enough to save the people who loved, and she desperately wants to be strong enough, but still can never actually succeed at her impossible task. So she thinks she’s Sayaka, trying so hard to be the savior but not good enough

In this case this very, very confidently wrong girl who ignored a key instruction (dont rank these items by x criteria. do anything else), and managed to convince everyone in the group but me and 1 guy that it was fine
I’m definitely emailing the professor after we fail the assignment because my work on google docs was literally just getting straight up deleted

idk. The teacher heard a lot of the discussion because it was in class, so honestly I can just say, once we get penalized for doing x thing, “dude I literally begged everyone not to do x thing and only 1 person would listen”
