this is a Bus Specific technique. aligning it to the edge while bobbing up and down makes you try and be still without thinking about being still which makes it hard to be still

Generally because of chronic pain stuff I’ve always mentally given myself a freebie on it because it is sooo painful by default but it’s not as if the universe gives me a freebie on being healthy. I need to solve problems even if it’s not fair that it’s harder for me

I promise you guys it’s not even that hard you just brine it in a well-seasoned mix and then cook it in a smoker instead of an oven
