well it was a lot less personal than that. It was automatic I think, they need to promote people to cross-train them on specific jobs, and enough people in front of me had quit to where they did that for me.

but it also probably meant their analytics decided the least would be lost by firing me because i wasn’t on a cheaper rate, and I hadn’t been there long.
