Just bc thereās a huge amount of criticism that exists that is just being needlessly focused on the negatives of something. Criticism is so important but proper criticism is also important

Overall I think itās important to point out positives and negatives. So someone can know what theyāre doing wrong and right. Cuz what if someone fixes something that isnāt broken and it becomes messed up and they were simply trying to improve

huge win for me: i finally disassembled this pen (specifically getting the grip off of it.) it was not that interesting & the pen is certainly worse off for it.

tbh i think itās a lot easier to be mean than nice (at least in academic contexts i think iām generally nicer in terms of creative works but i have less experience)

People should stop assigning so much of their personal worth as a person to their hobbies lol, having a hobby will of course be pretty imperfect, it s even worse to take things so personally even though it s a normal fight and flight reaction to social aspects like those.

i played 1.0 through 3.6 consecutively without real breaks, so i thought 3.5 was totally fine as a foil to 3.4; i can understand playing it on its own as it comes out could be an issue for someone though
