Average catholic
yeah i’m getting my bro leo to like officiate it gonna be good time
My dream wedding is approximately 30-40 people, in a room, with catering. Kinda a bingo vibe there. maybe actual bingo
An online friend of mine did a wedding that was basically just a normal party and it looked like a great time… I’m neutral on wedding bigness really I could go for anything
if there’s an open bar i will gladly attend
I like the idea of the excuse to reconnect with old friends and acquaintances a larger wedding people-wise offers
i hate weddings. this is because i have exclusively attended mormon weddings
i hate the build-up tho. the actual ceremony if it isn’t mormon is like, Meh
but there is WAY too much hype around planning your wedding
It’s common ideologically in my spaces to not get the hype around big weddings but I get it. Like, it’s fun to want to be the auteur of a day, it’s fun to have a important milestone in your life marked by a big event
Big party one of the foremost human desires imo
my dream wedding is as far from an open bar as possible
big wedding sounds awful but like. who even knows if i’m getting married
i plan to have like
a family wedding and a friends wedding
the family wedding will b big and extravagant (bc family)
the friend one will be like. A party in someones bakcyard or maybe a bigger venue idk
I looove small get-togethers, not huge on big-party
LITERALLY
based
I suppose the difference here is that I’m not anti-big party
i’ve only been to smaller weddings because i’ll only get invited to family stuff
a big wedding that i’m morally demanded to go to sounds awful
i’m anti-Big Party (party companies artificially raising prices of party goods)
