I donā€™t really vibe with Hazbin or Helluva (the humor does not work for me at all, and itā€™s extremely tell-donā€™t-show about its characters), but I get why people enjoy it.

im ngl i havenā€™t seen hazbin. but one time my roomate and one of their friends was ranking some songs. and like i listened to 2 of them. and they were NOT good both from a storytelling perspective and a musical perspective

i also donā€™t really like the character design that much
and from the little i do know about the show it just soudns Bad

vivziepop character design is nightmarish, yes. itā€™s so hard to distinguish characters from the backgrounds because both are super bright and complicated

My favorite parts about Hazbin were the ideas about redemption, and Alastorā€™s whimsy. They were done really well.

The angels being judgemental over the sinners and refusing them redemption is just so mega relatable if you self insert as one of the sinners
